Blue Jade Chinese Takeaway

We ordered takeout from Blue Jade last week and it was good. Unfortunately, when we ordered again last night, the food was awful. The rice was dry and tasted off, we had to spit it out. The chow mein tasted bad and the chicken balls were dry. When I called to ask for a refund, the lady was very rude. I explained that the food was good last week, which is why I ordered again, but she told me to never order from them again because they won't deliver to us. I will definitely be going somewhere else after her attitude. What a shame.

We ordered from a restaurant for Christmas Eve 2022 at our friends' house. The food was delicious, reasonably priced, and delivered promptly and piping hot.

Very quick with the delivery, food is always hot and enjoyable. Beware large pancake rolls are almost a meal inself

Had a takeaway tonight. Best Chinese takeaway we have ever had. Everything we ordered was perfect. Couldn't say anything negative about it. Excellent and speedy delivery.

I recently ordered from this takeout restaurant. The prawn crackers and chicken curry were average, but the mixed platter starter was awful. The skewers were topped with misshapen, over-fried orange lumps that were supposed to be chicken satay, but the chicken was nonexistent in the overcooked batter. The dish was so salty that even the neighbor's cat wouldn't eat it. The sweet and sour king prawns, instead of being lightly battered, resembled dark brown sausages. Upon closer inspection, we found a tiny rubbery and overcooked prawn in the middle, surrounded by a large amount of overcooked batter. It was truly revolting. We ended up throwing out most of our meal. It seems like the kitchen staff may not know how to properly prepare dishes here.
