Costa Coffee - Bournemouth

One of my favourite Costa’s, always very clean and efficient. Was served by Dom and Morgan today, who were really happy and pleasant and who made my order to perfection. This shop can get busy on the weekends but even then, it runs like a Swiss watch. No complaints here, only compliments!

No cue, ignored by three members of staff, wasn't even greeted by the young lady serving, she was making one drink, every table filthy had to clean it myself, cleaning chemicals left out by sugar. Go somewhere else, coffee was terrible. It you want bad coffee, bad service and a dirty coffee shop and want to watch members of staff standing around, you will be happy here. Most people would kill for a job any job, but this is what happens when you employ kids and give them no supervision.

The service at this restaurant is slow; I have been there twice and it has been the same both times. They should take a page out of Costa on Robin Park Road's book - there is always a line there too, but they are efficient and quick.

Nice hot chocolate on a cold day what's not to like

Always like this Costa, consistently good. Can get busy at times but it's bound to being in the middle of all the shops. Never have trouble getting a seat though.
