Costa Coffee - Bournemouth

What a wonderful experience! The restaurant was not too busy, and I was able to relax and enjoy my coffee. Keith provided excellent customer service and Finn was exceptional as well.

The customer service at this restaurant is exceptional, and the frappé was delicious. Jacob, the person working behind the counter, was very friendly and helpful in taking our order. He brought everything to our table with a smile.

The drinks are tasty and the staff is friendly, but it appears that only a couple of people are working at any given time, leading to long lines. The restaurant is not the cleanest and tends to be frequented by many school children. We usually opt to take our food to go.

I asked what a strange looking sprinkle was asked if I would try so 4 crumbs were added to my flat white. they were ingwer biscuit pieces, not great match to a flat white, but now I will try ingver latte and there would never have been such a thing for us. well made the young man who has a chance for resale they have opened the door to explore tasteful latte!!!

Nice little Branch and relatively well maintained. Furniture and outdoor seating is clean and tables are well maintained. Unlike other branches, however, the staff at this branch would do well to remind themselves that when a customer presents themselves for service, the attention should be drawn to service first and foremost. One should not be left stood waiting for staff to complete their tales of woe, and then consider serving. Its rude and unbecoming of Coffee shop culture. If they get that back in check it would be great.
