Costa Coffee Kinson - Bournemouth

I passed by as I do it every day during my school run for my little girl,, It was my first time there even so I use to live just around the corner from there ,, It was only cause my daughter wanted some pastry and a take away coffe that I stopped across the road and went in ,, well I can’t comment on their coffe cause I didn’t have one in this branch,,but I know that their aren’t capable to make a good espresso anyway,, so I took an iced coffe in a can ,, well ,regarding the pastry it was at list a day old ,, at list ,, it was soggy and tasted just old ,, not fresh or crispy as a pastry really is when fresh .. I was very disappointed cause that was my little girl quick breakfast before starting school.. you should be ashamed of yourself,, with a name like that you should give customers something that makes want you comeback,,, but was just rubbish for a price,,,I think you’re in the wrong business

We had to pay for large coffees as they were out of stock of medium cups but couldn’t possibly put medium drinks in large cups because her manager said so!!! Bad attitude today, we weren’t impressed!

The service is excellent , the coffee shop is spotless The staff are always welcoming it’s my favourite Costa in Bournemouth I visit every day and I’ve never come across it been unkept or dirty

Luis was suoer pleasant as i walked in and explore i couldn't bring the dog in. I left him outs with other people. He very kindly brought my coffee and cake outside and then bought a cup of water for my pup. An asset to your team and clearly got on with the regulars too. Also the female manageress needs a mention as always acknowledges me, works hard and again gets on with the regulars and makes them welcome

I have been to Costa Coffee in Kinson three times this year and had a lovely cup of coffee with one shot, which tasted good to me. I haven't been here since last November when I reported the tables being mess and the shop being also untidy, I thought I would try this place again and was surprised with the tables being tidy and the toilet had paper to use. The other day a staff member helped my husband over to the table with the tray and then clear the table next to us. Today a member of staff said goodbye so I thanked her on my way out with my husband and support worker. Yes I am the lady who has Visual Impairment and seating is better now than it use to be when I first come to Costa when you opened. I look forward to coming back soon.
