Frankie Benny's Bournemouth West

Despite having made our reservation through OpenTable, the staff seemed unaware of our booking. We were seated at a table right next to the entrance, which was quite disappointing, especially since it was a birthday dinner. Overall, we were not satisfied with the experience.

I went here before a concert at the O2 Academy. I had originally booked a table for 6:00 PM, but they didn’t know that we had arrived until 6:30 PM. However, this wasn't an issue, as the staff quickly prepared a table for us. The cocktails and food were excellent, although I felt they were a bit pricey for what they were.

It was my husband's birthday, and we were celebrating our anniversary. We enjoyed steak and chips, along with crushed buns and fries, and finished off with salted caramel cheesecakes. The food was excellent, and the service was fantastic!

Easy to book on open table and our special request was taken on board. the workers are all very pleasantly cheerful and helpful and eating came quickly and as expected. perfect for a family dinner.
