Miller Carter Steakhouse Bournemouth

After reading many positive reviews, decided to book for the first time, for my wife's birthday. All very nice and friendly. Served by a lady whose name on receipt was Andrea. She appeared to be the only person taking orders and serving initially and was working non stop rushing about. Orders taken. Served with nice starters. On receipt of my steak it was warm and not hot. A waiter very kindly took it away to heat up. Unfortunately, all of my family had finished their main course meals by the time my hot main meal returned. Once I cut into my well done steak, it became apparent that the steak was not what I ordered and was still pink inside. We settled our bill and when asked why I hadn't eaten my steak, the waitress very kindly did not charge us for my meal. Nice restaurant, good service, spoilt by cold and under cooked food.

The service here was great, the staff are well trained Secondly the food and drink is great, and of course the steak is, as you can imagine, cooked to perfection. Our server Chip is a top man Cheers
