The food was well presented, delicious and hot. the building is beautifully unique. the stained glass windows high deck of the rebuilt chapel are beautiful. polite friendly staff and I enjoyed the experience. some people will always find mistakes and I guess everything can be improved. I have booked our food on a offer on groupon and there are no complaints from me.then for a nice evening.

4 of us went for a meal on Saturday night and we all thought it was great. There was a bit of a wait between courses but I don't mind that and the plates were cleared promptly which I do like. Amazing food, we will definitely go back.

Totally disagree with Mr Jackson we have been going to Plates for a few years now. The location, setting and food is beautiful and the service has always been first class we have no complaints whatsoever and we will be back. Service at the Toby Carvery being better I find difficult to believe.

Had an absolutely fantastic meal tonight. Our food and our waitress were both first class. Thanks guys. Will def be back.

Very friendly staffs, good quality food and good portion. Ordered seafood dish but wasn't available at a time but offered alternative also nice. Good space between tables so you don't have to overhear somebody else conversation. Beautiful interior special windows as building itself use to be a church. Overall, very happy with visit will definitely return.
