Visited Bournemouth for a break (big mistake) and had breakfast on both days and drinks both evenings. The staff were friendly and efficient, the food good and the pub very clean. Thoroughly recommend this Spoons. There is another one in town called The Moon In...The Square, avoid at all costs.

We came to have a meal with all the family, all of us travelled quite far, first place we go because we’d been there before (bare this in mind) and my partner got refused for a drink. Even though you could clearly see we were...with family look at menus going to order food as well as drink. I then went up to the bar with my ID and then also got refused a drink because I had my partners phone in my hand. I stood there with my father in law and they were just ignorant towards us. People with power eh?

First visit friend used the app just for a drink , been quicker to walk up there. The person who delivered our drinks older gentleman, was very apologetic. Second visit had to ask three young members of staff standing around talking, one to clear and...wipe our table, which their attitude was disgusting. Another lady I spoke to , sent one over. The food was nice and cooked well , all enjoyed our meals. Need to get staff to clear the tables , quickly instead of standing in a group, talking and not doing their job
