Horrible waited over 15 minutes. No one spoke English got order wrong. Waited another 5 minutes for correct coffee
On the go order, 3 mins away. Ham croissant ice cold. We're just going to heat it up again instead of doing a new one, disgusting. I didn't even want it after that and just left. Wasn't even worth getting my money back. Low class management , you always offer a new one when it's your mistake.
Came here yesterday and Justine was working I ordered a signature turtle latte for my daughter unfortunately as I was leaving I dropped it on the sidewalk : came back in and went to buy another one I explained what happenned but the gentleman made me another one and told me don't worry about it, very respectful and it was a little busy I didn't see any other workers great job
I have come in multiple times and the Dominic kid is always on his phone and slashing attitude with multiple customers. He has told customers to go to Bravos or that mcdonald's is 2 exits down. Also I have walked in a few times and he said said slurs such as the n word f bomb and so on. One time the other co worker told him to not just brush the donut papers and put them back and just to put a new one due to allergies and he brushed it and put it back in the rack. and when he is working with the other co worker will tell her he doesn't want to do the food from on the go while she's taking an order and tell her to go do it. He is very disrespectful and I will not come back to this location to be treated like disrespectfully when you applied to do this job.
