I had one of the most unpleasant experiences at a restaurant here. Our server, Tim, was incredibly rude. We were a group of 14, and our bill came to over $750. There was an automatic 20% gratuity added, which would have been acceptable if the service had been even average. We waited 30 minutes for our drinks, and Tim scoffed at every request or question we made. One of our party found a rubber-like substance in their burger, and there was no sympathy or apology from him; he even left the burger on our bill. When we asked to have the 20% gratuity removed to reflect the poor service, we were flatly denied. I will never return to this restaurant. I rate it 0/10.

The service was outstanding, the food was delicious, and the view of the lake was stunning. The ambiance is unbeatable. I dined in for dinner and highly recommend the walleye!
