I've had my eye on this place for years, and I can honestly say it's a hidden gem! It's definitely worth ordering more than you can eat and sharing. We came for lunch, and it's definitely going to become a regular spot for us.

The restaurant offers a diverse menu, ensuring that there's something for everyone. The doenjang-jjigae, or soybean paste stew, was incredibly flavorful and undoubtedly the highlight of our trip to Montana. It was loaded with fresh vegetables and tofu, perfectly seasoned. Despite the busy atmosphere, the staff remained friendly and attentive. There are tables available for both groups and individuals, and it's a convenient walk from the downtown area.

The restaurant's decor beautifully blends modern and traditional styles with a touch of Bozeman country flair. All the food is made from scratch, and while the selection may not be as extensive as some other places I've been to, every dish is incredibly flavorful. If you’re interested in cooking at the table, be sure to call ahead! Their menu features traditional options like beef ribs, pork belly, bulgogi beef, and chicken. The side dishes, known as banchan, included a lovely assortment of pickled radish and carrots, flavorful kimchi, cucumber, spinach, bean sprouts, and lettuce—all of which were delicious. However, I do wish they offered the pickled radish wrap, one of my personal favorites. To complement your meal, they also have a nice selection of beers and kombucha. If you’ve never experienced Korean BBQ before, you’re truly missing out. For those who are familiar with it, this restaurant is a great place to indulge in some wonderful flavors.
