I bought my elderly parents a Scoopon Voucher for a Christmas gift which I provided in the email when making their reservation. However because they didn't have a copy with them this morning they were told they needed to pay. Food was good however I am extremely disappointed with the Customer Service and will be requesting a credit from Scoopon to use else where.

It's a minute drive from where we live I didn't want a wasted journey. He was so rude, told me to book by email then said he wouldn't have time to respond. I suggested as I was actually speaking to him, perhaps he could just advise how busy they were. No, apparently that was too difficult. He actually told me a few times that he couldn't understand what I was asking for. Basically he's rude, unhelpful in fact downright hostile obstructive.
