Canvas Cocktail Wine

Love this place, amazing cocktails and the staff are fantastic. Best drinks and bar food around and if you want to listen to a great play list this is the place to be!

I recently celebrated my 50th birthday in the Canvas courtyard, which had a great party atmosphere. Dan his great staff were welcoming, accommodating and very professional, with no-fuss planning and easy communication throughout. The food and drinks were excellent, and I loved having my personalized retro menu. Huge thanks and praise; I highly recommend this venue for your next function.

Went here with family for lunch. Food was took longer than expected but the service and the food were on point. Really enjoyed our meals and the guys were apologetic about the delay in food but also always were checking water and how we were. Great work guys! We’ll be coming back for sure.

I stumbled upon this restaurant by just chance and the Tuesday Tapas deal sounded great, $10 Tapas. Normally you would need to eat at least half a dozen Tapas plates to fill you up as the size is usually very small, the waiter did stop me and said that just order a couple and then see if you could do more as they are a good size, and he was Wright about that. I ordered the prawns with chorizo and the slow cooked pork belly, all I can say was YUM in capital letters, the portions were nice and the flavour just amazing, I travel and eat at many places but I would defiantly come back here couple times a week even if they were not the Tuesday specials. The funny thing is that people leaving the restaurant were all telling me how amazing the food was before I even ordered, and they were Wright. I did tempt myself and tried the Spanish meat balls and the garlick bread and again Yum, I even got a chance to take half the bread home with a big chunk of garlick butter which you get on the side to apply yourself, it was breakfast. I guess you know the food is good when you want to eat it so fast and also to try and savour every bite and eat it slow. If your near the Gabba or not look this place up, there are not a lot of tables and you could miss it walking by but don't. Next time I'm in Brisbane it's my go to place now.

We recently had our engagement party at canvas. Everyone raved about the food, cocktails and service. Loved the special touch of having our own specialised menu for the evening and even got to name our signature cocktails for the event. Would absolutely recommend you to have your next event there.
