Taste was great too. How did I only take one photo of the dish? Oh well...
Their portion is very generous. My friend and I ordered a beef pho and a papaya salad with mixed entry ended up with plenty takeaway leftovers. Food tastes nice with speedy service.
One of our go to lunch spots when shopping in Westfield Garden City.<br/ <br/ We ordered:<br/ Combination rice vermicelli salad: fresh, vibrant, with generous portions of protein, rice noodles and salad.<br/ Pho (combination): good portion of beef and pork, albeit few tripe and beef balls.<br/ Pho (rare): surprisingly, this was one of last meals to come to the table, and a large portion of the supposed 'rare ' beef slices were already well cooked. Reasonable broth, although does not have the depth of 'meaty ' flavour.<br/ Fair accompaniments of beansprouts and herbs.<br/ <br/ Reasonable prices. Efficient service order and pay at the counter. Casual ambience.<br/ <br/ Overall, a reasonable eatery for those craving Vietnamese lunch whilst shopping.
Was the best Vietnamese food I have had in along time. Flavours were excellent and huge meals. I didn’t leave hungry. Only thing that would have made this better is if it was full table service with drinks served in glasses and not run like a food court but otherwise it was excellent.
We headed to Garden city and decided to skip our usual eating hub sunnybank. Being Wednesday night, wouldn't be so busy and yes it wasnt. So we had plenty to choose from, walking past store after store and decided on Vietnamese.<br/ <br/ We had any table to choose from as it was quarter full. Given menus and offered a baby high chair and accepted.<br/ <br/ I knew what I wanted and ordered, the special combination pho noodle soup. Wife ordered the pawpaw salad and a pho also.<br/ <br/ Waiter staff, do what they do take orders and bring out your food. So not long after the salad arrived and it looked good. Drizzling the fish sauce and giving it a good mix, we were into it. Very well balanced and fresh, this could be a main if you wanted it to be.<br/ <br/ The mistake made, wife ordered 2 full meals, and couldn't finish her pho. But when the pho arrived it was hot, and first thing you try is the broth. It was a little too salty for our looking but with addition of lemon, hoi sin and bean sprouts they go well together.<br/ <br/ Plenty of meat and noodles in the bowl, would consider this a large serving. So trying to help finish off the wife's half, only managed to dint a little of it.<br/ <br/ Serving sizes are good, and plenty of tables, was a good dinner
