The Spicy eggplant is delicious, not too spicy but you can add chili oil for an extra kick. The service is fast and efficient, and the prices are reasonable. We need more restaurants like this.
The portions are generous and the taro is amazing! Definitely try the dim sum, but their regular menu items are also excellent. The bird's nest was a bit too salty for us, but the portion size was good for the price. Service is quick. A fantastic spot for a filling meal that won't disappoint.
This restaurant is amazing! There are so many delicious dim sum options to choose from. Each order is around $6 and comes with three pieces. We tried the steamed shrimp and pork dumplings (incredible), shrimp stuffed jalapeños (spicy and delicious), baked bbq buns (a unique combo of donut dough and bbq), fried shrimp balls (a bit dense for my taste, but others loved it), and regular pan-fried pork dumplings. The creme brulée dim sum tarts were the perfect way to end the meal, with a light and fluffy pie crust and not too sweet filling. The Chow Fun made with homemade noodles is a must-try, and the beer, wine, and sake options are reasonably priced. We visited on a Wednesday at 6pm and the small restaurant was already filling up, but we were able to get a table. The staff really know what they're doing – don't miss out on this gem!
Nice food, but they were out of the food we wanted to try. There was also some miscommunication, they missed quite a few of our orders. We ordered 3 bowls of rice coz there were 3 of us, they only listed one. We ordered 2 orders of shumai, they only listedone. We didn't get charged coz they didn't list it in the 1st place, but wish they confirmed what they had listed to make surethey got everything right.
Update: Still loving this restaurant, servers and especially their din sum. Wonderful. We went there for Dim Sum as we are fans but if you're unfamiliar with it they also have other traditional Chinese dishes. Their Dim Sum is excellent one of the bestin the places we've lived in the USA and certainly the best in the Suncoast. I had Dim Sum for many years while living inBangkok Thailand and this is very similar. A good place to go and while there, order one Dim Sum dish to try as they're smallplates and you may be surprised how much you enjoy it. It's offered for dinner as well as the traditional lunchtime.
