Anmol Take Away - Bradford

I ordered from this restaurant for the first time yesterday and was impressed. The food was delivered hot and was very tasty. I have no complaints and will be ordering from them again tonight. The staff was friendly and helped me choose something different from the menu. I highly recommend this place.

Just paid £18 for a curry, pakoras, chips and chapatis.. it was all flat cold, pakoras were rock solid.. they'd clearly been recycled from 2/3 days before. Mint sauce was like curdled milk and the curry was bang average. Only ordered because I couldn't get through to the spicy hut. Which is cheaper and 50 times as good as this dump. Will never get a curry from here again. SPICY HUT EVERY TIME

We got a really nicely produced menu booklet posted through our door from Anmol, so we thought that we might give it a try. What a mistake. The worst take away delivery that we have ever had. My wife ordered Prawn Bhuna , what she got was a foil package of a kind odd murky beige gloop with about 4 prawns in it. It tasted of pure sugar. Disgusting. That went straight in the bin. We got a small tray of salad this was a piece of lime that looked about 3 months old, some dry tomato and onion strips. That also went in the bin. The Keema Madras tasted like it had been frozen then microwaved, it was edible. The chappaties were okay, but the rice was awful. £20 down the drain. We won 't be ordering from Anmol again.

Our last Anmol takeaway wasn't great but we tried them again last night as they were always good and we have recommended them to others. This time the food was really tasty and we all enjoyed it. However, it cost more than we had calculated. We were embarrassed to challenge it on the doorstep in case we were mistaken. However, we have checked on the menu and on Just Eat and have been overcharged by £5-6. We could have had a couple of starters for that so we are disappointed. They also brought (and presumably charged for) 6 chapatis when we wanted 4. We stopped using the Shama as they once overcharged us £3 so maybe we won't bother with Anmol again.

I have been a customer of The Amnol for many years, and it is the best takeaway in the area. I highly recommend it to anyone, as the staff is always friendly and helpful!
