Creme De La Creme - Bradford

Called in for some ice cream sundaes around 11pm on Monday night. We were served by Fatima, a lovely girl, definitely a credit to the business. She was friendly, kind and caring. Fatima helped us construct our sundaes to our taste with recommendations of what flavours go well together. The toppings and sauces were added after each ice-cream scoop making the sundaes taste amazing! Fantastic service and will definitely be back in the near future. Thank you.

Dined in with a big group of 9. Staff were accommodating and observant. Desserts were all beautiful (peanut butter stack- authentic taste, waffles- nice comforting portions, cookie dough-perfectly presented and best yet, sundaes were all spot on). Would highly recommend.

I came with my friend for desserts and to say the least we didn’t receive the best of treatment and was unfortunately quite disappointed with the manner of conduct displayed. The food was decent other than the crepe we ordered. The Crepe tasted very powdery and was very clear as it had a strong taste. So we politely discussed this issue with the member of staff and then I asked for the manager to be called. However, the young girl rejected to call the manager and tried taking matters into her own hands. I said you could try it yourself and she proceeds to say ‘I will make another crepe and if it tastes powdery I will give you a refund and if it isn’t I won’t, thinking as if we are playing a game or some thing even after it being so blatantly obvious. So she made the crepe and then fancies to ask a random customer to try the crepe to question whether it was powdery/dry. And the customer that tried the crepe also found it very powdery and overpowering which left the young staff member virtually embarrassed having no place to hide! Therefore, had no choice but to offer the refund!! Overall, bless the young girl staff member but she portrayed a poor image of this dessert place and I consider myself unfortunate to be part of this massacre.

I wasn't gonna put a bad review but I felt like I had to. Firstly, I made a complaint about my crepe tasting powdery. I did say I don't want a refund but to believe me it tasted very dry and floury. They insisted for me to stay and said they will make a fresh one to make another customer taste the same exact crepe. When they made another customer taste the crepe, the customer said it tasted very dry and powdery. In my point of view the staff that was working should have just listened to me in the first place instead of bringing a crepe out and making another customer taste it. As they say the customer is always right and she basically embarrassed herself doing that and on top of that she wasted my time as I had to wait for another crepe to be made and let another customer taste it. I did get a full refund but I had an unpleasant experience

The customer service was amazing the workers are very respectful the food was amazing and the atmosphere is amazing and it is beautiful here
