Greengates Balti - Bradford

If you want to wait for your food for 2+ hours then don’t order from here. Recently they been taking the absolute p*iss And on top they won’t answer the calls.

There aren't enough words in the world to describe the downright rudeness of staff at Greengates Balti. Never fulfill their special offers and when challenged they greet you with a torrent of abusive language. If expecting a delivery, chances are the delivery driver will refuse to deliver the takeaway to your front door, 3 mobile calls later. If I order a takeaway, and pay for delivery, the least I expect is to get the food actually delivered to my front door. Moving onto the food, presentation is a disgrace, sloppy and put together like they couldn't be bothered in the slightest. Cheeseburger had an additional layer of fat ball, from the grill, mixed with burned old meat. The kebabs were covered in layers of grease, which went through the foil, through the paper bag and sat inside the polystyrene box. Both tasted appalling. Perhaps you were tempted by the fact they USED to be nice? Perhaps you were tempted by the fact they are cheaper than other local takeaways? Don't be. If you want a disgraceful takeaway from rude men who really don't deserve your money, then by all means use them. But if you'd rather spend your money on food that doesn't belong in the bin, I'd use ANY OTHER takeaway in the area. Truly and honestly disgusting.

This was my first order, and to be fair it was slightly under par with my usual take away of choice. I ordered the chicken tikka masala which was very flavoursome but somewhat lacking in chicken, but compensated with a whole heap of onions instead. .... It scores a 9/10 for flavor, and a 5/10 for quality, and that's purley down to the lack of chicken !

This is by far the worst takeaway iv come across in Bd10,took an hour and a half to arrive after 3 phonecalls and when it did the chicken tikka on naan bread was swimming in sauce soggy and absolutely disgusting, Ended up all over the living room seeping through the bag and drowning the fudge cake Presentation of food and packaging it’s a NO from me ....BAD !

It took a long time for the food to arrive, and I was immediately turned off by finding a hair in my mouth while eating the appetizer.
