I ordered 5 meals for a birthday celebration, but only 4 meals arrived. After calling the restaurant, they brought the missing meal 40 minutes later and refused to provide a refund. They were rude and dismissive, saying it was tough luck, then abruptly ended the call. As a loyal customer, I will never return to Jades again. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the service and quality of food. Food: 1 Service: 1

Order came wrong, very rude and argumentative, blamed customer. Had to collect ourselves . Even though paid for delivery on order. Let's just say service appalling Service: Take out Price per person: £10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This is the best Chinese takeout in the area. The food is very tasty and the portion sizes are great. The service is excellent. The recommended dishes are Crispy Shredded Beef in O K Sauce, Curried Beef, Chicken Fried Rice, Egg Fried Rice, and Sweet and Sour Chicken. The price per person is between £1-£10 for dinner. Overall, I give it a 5 out of 5 for food, service, and atmosphere.
