Mama's Pizza - Bradford

I would not order a pizza again from Mamas it was disgusting. They refused to give me a refund back.

Wouldnt recommend getting food from here unless your going into the store itself. Ordering from uber or just eat and your charged twice even after the restaurant called to confirm the orders. Due to uber site being down the order was duplicated. I was told they'd cancel one order and only charge and prepare for 1 order. Now both uber and restaurant are claiming they prepared and delivered both orders absolutely ridiculous. I mean what do they want to prove they are lying.. CCTV footage which i do have but what's point. How far will this business get with taking £35 for free off someone who never recieved their order. Should be ashamed of behaviour like this. I'd understand if they prepared the order and delivered it but the restaurant actually called to confirm if there are actually 2 orders or just orders that have been duplicated. After speaking to the man at the shop over phone he told me he'd cancelled one and they will charg for onky one and deliver one order. However, now denying it all.

Very bad experience, I placed an order and they deducted it from my card but then they told me that an error had occurred that my order had not been taken, but if it was discounted, please I ask you to refund my money

I was charged 30p for having the nerve to ask them to pack my chips seperately. I usually order parmesans from this joint and the chips come on top of the parma, which stick to it. When i asked, i was looked at with utter contempt and told it would cost 30p for a container! I asked if they could put it in a kraft bag, that was 30p aswell! The container cost them only 1.5p. That's 1900% markup profit. The kraft bag would have costed 0.5p. The point of me writing this review is that this business doesn't value their regular customers and only care about money. The silver lining in this whole debacle is that i realised how small the parmesans are compared to other places, the chips are used to fill the empty areas.

They offer great pizzas and service is consistnt and reliable. You can modify the pizzas on the menu. They do 3 x pizzas for £20, as well as calzones, parmesan.and kebabs. Takeaway only
