Mango’s - Bradford

This place used to be my regular a few years ago before lock down, and I loved the place especially aloogobi, and onion bhajis, the place was going down on my Last review, sorry its gone down further, couldn't get my order right and delivery was supposed to be 40 mins but 1hour and 10 mins later I had to ring up to see where it was, when it arrived I had to put it in microwave to warm it and the taste had changed completely from what it used to be, my other half got Donna meat and chips and a portion of shammy kebab and they've shrunk in size to less than half of what they used to be with no taste, so sorry can't waste my time using these anymore and staff don't seem bothered,.

The service and food quality have declined significantly in the past year. The staff ignore you if you're a woman and rush to get mens orders first. I went in there today and the shop was almost empty but the man completely ignored us. We waited nearly ten minutes before he even acknowledged our presence and then he made us repeat our order 3 times. He assumed my mum could not speak english so proceeded to talk to us in urdu when we aren't even Pakistani. The burger buns was falling apart and the patty was burnt but raw at the same time and it was a measly portion of donner. Also while waiting, we saw the bosses being quite rude to their own workers and rushing them.

Had a take away from this place and was one of the worse places i have ever eaten from...the food was greasy and the nan had some black insect folded into it ....was the worst experience in my life if i could have given it 0 stars i would have

Nothing to write home about, but excellent value very busy place, so food is always fresh. I always collect .

NHS worker and terrible service made to feel like I was nothing, only woman in there and everyone else was getting served first and none of the staff or customers were made to wear masks terrible did not work for minimum wage through the pandemic to feel belittled
