Mc delivery…missing items but charged for them clap cold food the worse I’ve ever had so disappointing. Definitely won’t be ordering again

Ordered takeaway but waste of money. Food, when it arrived was cold so most of it went in the bin! It’s ok if travelling and wanting a coffee but otherwise, don’t waste your money

Went through the crawl through, sorry, drive through which was a total shambles. After a 15min wait we finally reached the food window, but it took the fourth attempt to get our correct order. It seems to mean that delivery orders take precedence over the drive through. They need to either shut the drive through or stop making deliveries as they are not competent enough to do both. The food was **** too

Went through the drive through with my young daughter. Got home to find- the sauces I had ordered had been missed. The large fries I had ordered had been missed. Then I found a large hair in my quarter pounder burger AND a large hair in my daughters cheese burger! Needless to say they went straight in the bin. This is not the first time we have had parts of the order missing but to find hair in my food is disgusting! Will be giving this branch a miss from now on.
