Sunday lunch is amazing, but what gives it that extra special edge is the service. The team could not have been nicer , especially to my 91-year-old, very hard of hearing mother-in-law .she absolutely loved the attention and the banter. Thank you Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Food was nice but service appallingly slow, took forever to order drinks and they didn’t bring any condiments with our food (gravy, ketchup) had to ask. Also brought mash when we asked for chips Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

Has this establishment changed owners. After my visit today I am gobsmacked as to how dirty the ladies toilets and hallway leading to them were . The actual toilets and hand basins were clean , but the skirting boards and walls within the toilets and hallway were very very grubby and stained . I have eaten here quite a few times and enjoyed the food previously. So glad I had not booked today as the attention to cleanliness has clearly changed. Disappointing
