Sweetfrog - Brambleton

I swear, we used to have good frozen yogurt shops where I live, but they're nowhere to be found anymore. So, I was happy when my brother suggested we check out sweetFrog Premium Frozen Yogurt because I love frozen yogurt and hardly ever get it! sweetFrog is located in the Brambleton area in a small shopping area with many other eateries around. Therefore, parking is abundant and there's a few places you can sit outside if you don't want to dine in. Inside, I liked the décor, especially the frog mascot, which reminded me of Keroppi and you can even buy a plush and some other swag of this cute mascot. Like at all frozen yogurt shops, you build your own creation with the different flavors and toppings available. I chose a chocolate and vanilla base and added some goodies. The yogurt flavors and toppings is a good selection to choose from, from fruity or chocolate-y flavors. Price is based on weight. Staff was super friendly. And most importantly, my frozen yogurt was solid. I would visit again for a treat when I'm back in the area.

Had been spending quite a bit of money taking nieces and nephews and my mom in there this summer because they love the place. They are from out of state and never been to a Sweet Frog. However, after an interaction with a completely rude, unprofessional, not kid friendly girl, I will not spend another dime. Manager was nonchalant about the situation when I was visibly upset and explaining to her what happened.. Rule of thumb: do not scold someone's child while they are themselves in the process of taking care of the situation BEFORE it even happens. Will not be returning ever again.

One of my favorite ever! I get a cup and wear a glove then fill it up as much as you want but you pay for the amount you have in your cup. I mixed all the ice creams and eat it. It was fun and of course yummy too.
