Sweet Master - Brampton

I went to this restaurant with my family to celebrate my mother's birthday, but our experience was ruined. The food took a very long time to be served, and when it finally arrived, the Tandoori rotis were cold. We had to wait another 15 minutes for the second round of rotis, only to find that our curries had gone cold as well. The customer service was poor, and it was clear that they were not good at providing a dine-in experience. I would not recommend this restaurant in the GTA.

The best prices, I ordered Bhatura and Chole, and it was not expensive and it tasted the same as the other restaurants! The cholesterol was also not expensive, but it was even cheaper than the other restaurants gave. It also tasted the same.

I filed an exclusion order yesterday (Nov 28, 2020). I was recommended to wait outside until I received a text, my order is ready. I waited outside for 20 minutes and no text came. I went in and asked for my order. I said her tablet stopped working. How can it be my problem that her tablet is not reliable? When I came home, it turned out that my order was wrong. I didn't ask a Dahi on Aloo Tikki with Channa, but there was that. The image of the receipt, which is clearly not dahi and the order, are added. I had no choice but to throw away the order by daily allergy. I told the restaurant that they made a mistake, because it added to my order and I threw the order away. Strangely, the restaurant ignored my feedback and did nothing. I am very disappointed at her service and I am NOT back. They don't care about their customers.

I and wife had dinner in the new dining room. The service was good, but the quality and quantity of food, very disappointing. We moved to this area about 3 years ago and had been a regular customer... most people working there know us with name and face. It was never bad. Even the employee who did not want their name to be used, said that many customers complain about the crowd as new Thalies were introduced. Vegetables are not enough to enjoy two rotis or Nan. it used to be very generous. For the Thali there is no extra dollar, but the amount should be generous. The catering storage compartment is also shrinked in depth. Charge more money, but please do not sacrifice the quality and quantity.

The Palak Paneer and Chicken Makhni were delicious. The portions of naan were large. I didn't try anything from the dessert counter, but everything looked tasty!
