Chick-fil-a - Branson

I would give more stars if I could for the customer service of this location. I had a caterer cancel an order for 20 people and chick fil a came through and got food together for 20 in less than 6 minutes. Thank you!

Everything is so fresh, and the mocha Iced coffee… yum. Very clean, and friendly, exceptional service.

My daughter and husband love this place. I'm all in when they offered a grilled chicken option! So we went to this Branson location…geez…mass confusion. 6 people outside taking your order with a limited menu before you can get to the menu. It felt too rushed. Even if I did have the menu memorized and knew what I wanted it still felt rushed. Visit this store on a regular basis. I have been to many Chick-fil-A locations and this one hands down sets the standard.

Great experience. Staff went over and above to make sure that the customers were happy. It appeared that they had a lot of management in during our visit but we were treated exactly the same once they left. I appreciate great customer service!
