The take home Sundae from baskin Robbin’s is no joke. The only joke about it, is when you get it from the Brantford baskin Robbin’s.The containers are about only 3/4 full, missing ingredients, and left with air pockets inside. For the top dollar.. you’d expect a lot more.I was really disappointed in this baskin Robbin’s when I asked them to make me a sundae and then said “these come pre packaged, we don’t make them here. ” which is a complete lie.You’re better off going and getting a Ben and Jerry’s ice cream then going to this location. I’ve attached a photo from this location, and one in Hamilton. The difference is clear as day.The owner is just looking to reap the franchise rewards while charging for products they don’t use.So Brantford baskin Robbin’s, would the franchise be happy knowing you skip out on ingredients?

Baskin-Robbins is a gem in the world of frozen desserts. The combination of excellent flavors, top-notch service, and a welcoming atmosphere makes it a must-visit for ice cream enthusiasts. I'll definitely be returning to explore more of their tempting offerings.

We never go to this location even though we live in Brantford. Owners clearly list the prices the highest possible amount the franchise will allow and then they are stingy with the amounts they give you. Their sale price on the 31st is the same as other locations regular price.Wish it were different because we love the product.

Baskin Robbins, I now remember why I didn ' 't like this place, I was going to go to Dairy Delight but the line up was a little long so went to BR instead. I ordered 3 scoops in a cup, I got the equivalent of 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 scoops for $10.95, what a joke August 11 5:30 pm 2023, never again.

Took my family here and they all loved it. The waffle cone with sprinkles was a hit. Great service. Thanks.
