Kfc - Brantford

Staff in the front is very rude unaccommodating, ordered politely but received a close-ended, cold reply. So far the worst KFC branch I have ever been to. No chicken popcorn, no poutine, no strips and they haven’t even made an effort to say it courteously. Seems like he does not want to serve customer. He is in the wrong field of work if he is going to be like that.

Went to this location and ordered a 10 piece bucket was told it was going to be 20 minutes for fresh chicken. No problem. Went to the car and came back waiting finally they noticed me sitting there and handed me a bag that had been sitting. It was old chicken no dark meat, old fries. Not impressed and will not be back.

Purchased a 4 piece chicken combo. Chicken pieces were all extremely small, dry and looked like they were burnt. Last time I will be visiting this location.

Sat July 22, 2023. @7:55pm.Haven't had KFC for some time so decided to have a 4piece combo. The chicken was excessively dry and the batter was like shoe leather! Tasted like cardboard! Zero flavor! I mean what happened to the famous 11 herbs and spices that KFC is known for? I had to add copious amounts of salt. Well, I suppose this is what one can expect from a fast food chain inside a plaza. I suppose the workers don’t really care about quality and just want to get a paycheque and go home.

The potato salad tasted like dirt. It was horrible!!!
