Subway - Brantford

Very clean inside but felt very rushed when ordering. It’s 8 at night and no one in the store, It just seemed like we couldn’t get our first topping out of our mouth before them saying “and?”.

I went to this store yesterday. The owner and their staff were super friendly. Excellent service.

Clean store. Yummy and loaded with veggies sandwiches.Owner is a good guy.

I miss the old subway, what’s with all these changes!!!

The last few times I was in this store, it's been unkept. Can you retrain your staff not to be so messy. Clean the area's where you make subs and keep your sub bar clean. The last few times, you've had onions mixed with every veggie in the bar, olives and green peppers mixed up all over the place. You can tell they don't give a damn and if that is the case, they are not too clean. I have had to tell them, not to use a dirty knife and wipe it off on my sub. (It was done right in front of me. I'll be looking for a new sub shop. You also might want to explain what a tip is and how people use it. Might explain why they didn't get one.
