Really nice restaurant right in the heart of Brasov! We sat inside and the vibe was truly great with the ambiental lighting, the traditional decorations and the old romanian music. I gave the number of stars for two reasons detailed below, taking into account that this restaurant is rated top 10 in Brasov. I went with a friend, each with 2 children, and ordered 4 portions of food, 4 elderberry lemonades and 2 large waters. I want to mention that the 2 bottles of water cost 60 lei, because it is Aur'a water, pure, etc. I don't know if we made a mistake because we didn't check the price of water in the menu or if the waiter made a mistake because he didn't mention that they only have this water, but this price seems enormous to me. The menu is not very rich and there were dishes that they did not have. I ordered goulash soup which was good and beef cheeks which were delicious. The elderberry lemonade was not extraordinary, you could not feel the elderberry. When the waiter brought the drinks, he put 3 lemonades on the table and on the 4th one, he didn't hold the tray properly and spilled a lemonade on one of the children. It could be seen that he is very young and inexperienced, he apologized, but I repeat, for the way this restaurant is rated, I find it unacceptable. I washed the child's shirt in the bathroom because all the wasps were buzzing around him, we ate, paid the bill and left. I didn't leave a tip, as I usually do, they didn't give a discount for this incident either, anyway it didn't help but maybe it would have sweetened the situation.
