Mikhael's Hôtel - Brazzaville

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms are very clean and well furnished.. simply excellent. The staff is very friendly. professional and helpful. The Wifi is great. The food is pretty impressive. Finally, the hotel is very safe. Just the best

Excellent 4-star hotel in downtown Brazzaville. Our Twin Executive Rooms in 5. Stock were very comfortable, spacious and clean. Pretty extensive TV channels choice, powerful and ubiquitous wifi connection. No power failures during our 8 nights (August 2020). Smiling, quick and friendly service. The hotel restaurant was very good and offers large portions at average prices. We did not try the pool on the first floor terrace, but other guests saw it well maintained and the water was quite clean. All in all, a very pleasant and relaxing stay, my family and I felt safe and in the center of the city. Definitely our first hotel when we're back in Brazza.

Nice hotel in Brazzaville, excellent and good restaurant.

I was there two, three times for professional reasons. It seems to be a family business. The hotel is small but clean, nicely furnished and the rooms have all the facilities needed for a relaxing stay. The staff is friendly and professional, and the food tastes good.

Well, the service was alright but there are areas of improvement. One is the service one gets by the pool...I ordered thrice for a drink and only when I had given up and stood up to leave (1hr after my first order) did they run out to me with my third order. I refused to take it. The rooms, though spacious, may not be cleaned till afternoon. A little disappointing if you stepped out and came back hours later to an unclean room, don't you think? The buffet, let's talk about the monotony of the food section at breakfast... it's a drag, really. I particularly loved the omelette though! Overall, good but in need of improvement.
