I had spent 3 months of gold days in this hotel. Very nice cooperative staff. Breakfast ingenious. I'm vegetarian.

The place looks OK but not safe at all. I am a regular traveler and I wrote more than 1500 reviews for hotels that I have been to, to help others. Please note the following before you book this hotel: 1- The safe boxes in this hotel do not work. You can not secure your valued properties such as jewelry, money etc. 2- Anybody can access your room at any time without any proper reason. It's happened to me at several occasions I saw the security guy entering my room with another guy without knocking and found me undressed coming out of a shower. when I asked , he said sorry I wanted to show to a customer how our rooms looks like. Not funny at all. This happened twice during my 2nights stay. The last day I lost my properties in the room, they stole my perfume and 7 shirts. Even when I notified the hotel reception there was no apologies it looks normal to them. 3- their restaurant closes at 8:30 pm. Meaning you cannot order anything after 8:30pm. 4- The hotel doesn't offer a bottle of water like others do in the room. Meaning if you are arriving after 8pm please buy your drinking water on your way.

Swimming pool with reindeer. No air conditioning at midnight so changed rooms. Unfortunately, a load generator for builders up to 11 o'clock. Eat so-so with limited choice. Overpriced drinks.

Clean and average size room, Expensive and dark rooms

This hotel should absolutely be closed. I booked it thinking its standard was what it was known for back in 2009 but it is now deteriorated. I had no water for a day so couldn't shower. They said it was fixed but came back to a flooded bathroom. I decided to leave but they refused to refund me. They offered one of their deluxe rooms but there was still mold, mold smell, broken mirror, furniture doors falling apart. The swimming pool is a smelly pond which color turned green. They now have a BBQ area that turned the entire hangout area into a very dirty donjon, the outdoor chairs are very old and nasty; I was grossed out by the lack of hygiene
