Contribuisci feedbackThe pies at Tinnies are absolutely fantastic. They have a light shortcrust pastry bottom and a crispy puff pastry top. We tried the roast lamb pie, the curried scallop pie, and the scallop mornay pie, all of which were wonderful. We ended our meal with a delicious sour cherry pie. The staff is incredibly friendly as well. These are the best pies we have ever had in Australia, clearly made with love and pride.
Amazing pies! We had a scallop curry pie and a lamb pie, good-sized, both had loads of tasty filly, crisp yet pliable pastry and were served at the perfect temperature (hot but not burn your mouth off). Hit the spot.
I can’t help but like pie places! I had to give this place a go! Tried the scallops mornay and it’s best described as eating it from the sea! (Salty) the apple pie was nice too. Others in my group enjoyed there lamb pie,2 others tried the scallops curry where one liked it and the other didn’t. Paying $10.50 for a pie though is a bit pricy to me even if it’s got scallops in it
The pies at this restaurant are excellent, filled generously with traditional fillings as well as more elevated options like scallop mornay or curried scallop. Both were equally delicious! Additionally, the steak Guinness and mushroom pie was also fantastic.
Greatest pies!!! Most delicious pies! So many choice of flavor! Freshly made in store!! MUST TRY!!! Worth drive hundreds miles for it.
