Cookie's Clubhouse Grill - Bremerton

I really enjoy this place. I just wish they had a wider selection of whiskey. The karaoke night is a lot of fun, and as far as I know, it's held every night.

Positive aspects: 1. The karaoke host was very friendly and well-organized. 2. There is a covered smoking area. Negative aspect: 1. The bartenders were extremely slow, resulting in a line that extended to the door.

Great place with excellent service! The restrooms, both men's and women's, are very clean. They offer daily specials for bar food, and the selection of beer and liquor is impressive.

I get that things can get hectic in a busy restaurant or bar, as I've worked in that environment myself. However, I really couldn't understand the level of disrespect exhibited by the staff. The sign says to order here, but with people crowding around and no clear indication of where to stand, it was confusing—how can you expect customers to know? In all my 46 years, I've never felt as belittled as I did during this visit. When we finally managed to get a bartender’s attention, he was rude and dismissive. Owners, please consider training your staff to treat customers with kindness.

I had a wonderful time! The bartenders were extremely friendly, and the establishment was very clean. I highly recommend it!
