Taco Bell - Bremerton

Fast food restaurants are often understaffed, and it shows. The employees are asking for higher wages, but for what reason? To serve tacos with broken shells before they even reach you? It takes them a full 20 minutes to prepare cold food! Unfortunately, this is the second Taco Bell I've visited that has provided such subpar service and food. It will be a long time before I consider coming back. Food rating: 3/5.

I found something that resembled a rock or maybe a pot seed in my burrito, and the chalupa shell was incredibly stale, almost like biting into plastic, which squeezed all the ingredients out. The cinnamon twists had a strong, spoiled odor that made me gag, and I ended up spitting them out. The chips they replaced the twists with were equally unappetizing; they were stale and tasted like they had been fried in old oil. To top it off, the breakfast menu was still displayed on the screen at 9:30 PM. The order projector was malfunctioning, so I couldn't verify my order. And instead of coming in a box, my cravings box was just a bag tonight. What a disappointment!

The food was outstanding. However, it seemed like there was some tension between the day manager and the evening manager, as their conversation was quite loud. During our visit, the restaurant was not clean; there was food on the floor and trash overflowing. We were the only diners at the time, and there was little drive-thru activity. It felt like some staff could have been sweeping or taking out the garbage. It’s unfortunate that the atmosphere affected our overall enjoyment.

I really want to enjoy this Taco Bell since it’s so conveniently located near my house, but the service is quite strange, and my food often arrives looking unappetizing or with missing items. If you have the option to drive, I recommend going to the location in Silverdale instead. Food: 1/5

The chicken chalupa is amazing! I've attempted to order the steak three times, and it has been inconsistent. Occasionally, you receive a generous portion with a standard order, but other times, when you request extra, you only get three small pieces. Additionally, it appears that the slushie machine is out of service during every other visit.
