He beckoned to Nathalal to show us to our table. Naranbhai came and took our drinks orders. Rantabai and Amaratben brought our drinks and served them correctly. Shivaji bhai came to take our orders for starters. These arrived within 10 15 minutes, served to by Kantaben, Ratanbai and Amaratben. Nathalal came and took our mains and deserts order. This arrived piping hot and absolutely correct. The food was swerved by the 3 ladies again. We ordered further drinks with Naranbhai, again served by the 3 ladies. The whole experience was absolute magic we are most grateful to the staff for the loving care provided. When we were ready to leave, the owner Nharendrabhai came and thanked us for our business and asked if we had enjoyed ourselves. As a parting gift, he presented us with some takeaway Mothai. Would recommend to everyone, lovely food, served by lovely people.
I have been to Meera's Village a couple of times with family and friends. The decor and ambience is quite authentic and gives a feel of eating in a village in India. We had a family gathering here couple of months ago and their service was impeccable. The food is freshly prepared and comes to the table pipping hot. Their menu is vast and has a range of starters, mains and desserts.
I would give them 0 stars if possible, as it was even worse than terrible. I ordered one thing, but they mistook it for another order. The staff is now being extremely rude about the mistake. I would never recommend anyone to go to this restaurant again.
Our experience at Meera's Village in London was one of the worst we've had. As vegetarians, we chose this restaurant for a birthday party dinner. Despite calling in advance to book a table for 8 PM, upon arrival we found someone else sitting at our designated table. After waiting for 45 minutes, we were finally seated at 8:45, only to be told that the buffet would close at 9:15. The staff were rude and unhelpful, and despite our efforts to speak with the manager, we were met with resistance. Although we understand restaurant rules and timings, we were disappointed by the lack of communication and professionalism. Overall, we were dissatisfied with the experience and would not recommend this restaurant to others looking for a pleasant dining experience.
Terrible food... bombay aloo was just too watery gravy. no taste no flavour. probably the worst biriyani i have ecer had. you cant call it a biriyani. just yellow rice with few vegetables. aloo parata was just plain. no flavours. never again.. small potions as opposed to price.. terrible.
