Here we announce the color, it's organic, it's local, with a small militant side that smells good Brittany. On the menu it is written, kraz on the edges, sighs inside, everything we love what. I order a Sin (champions, counted onions, fresh thyme and egg) and a bowl of milk ribot, because yes, here there is lez ribot, gas! On the service side, nothing to say is perfect, you see the smile behind the mask. The pancakes keep all their promises. The black wheat has the good taste of black wheat, the crêpe is perfect, kraz (croustillante) on the edges, sighs (moëlleuse) in the middle. No doubt, the guy behind his billiard knows his case. For dessert, it will be a wheat, of course, a Lemon (mon curd, bananas, breton breton with black wheat, whipped). In the opposite camp (my lady, so), it's an Orange version that smells good Christmas (orange and spice bread). Not a word during the tasting, it was just divine. To conclude, a big coffee cream, with real cream in it! In summary, Blev Hir (pronounced Bleo Hir) is 100% organic, 100% local (the name of organic producers is displayed on the wall) and it's 100% good. Carton full so for one of the best Brussels crêperies.
