Bracken Mountain Bakery - BREVARD

We chose Bracken Mountain Bakery for our wedding because we wanted a variety of cookies and pastries. The team was wonderful to work with, and our guests couldn't stop praising the delicious treats. Our order arrived on time and was freshly made. Throughout the process, their communication was excellent and very professional.

If you find yourself in the Brevard area, this place is an absolute must-visit. Their pesto baguettes are simply sensational. Everything they offer—breads, pastries, croissants, cookies, and dinner rolls—is perfect for any occasion, whether it’s breakfast, lunch, dinner, or family gatherings. It’s also a great spot for a quick treat while you’re shopping downtown. The owners and staff are fantastic as well!

We visited for the first time today, and we were welcomed by a wonderfully friendly and patient employee. We ordered several pastries, and each one was outstanding. Our favorite was the cinnamon roll, which had delightful notes of orange. The coffee was excellent as well. We also brought home two types of bread, recommended by the staff, to complement our meals. We just tried both, and they are absolutely amazing. If you're in town, be sure to check this place out!

Well, we just moved to Brevard and are so happy to have found this wonderful bakery. The bread is fantastic, particularly the sourdough and the very authentic croissants. But, my personal favorites are the whole grain English Muffins (see photo). They may be one of the best baked products I've ever eaten, just fantastic. I have one with my morning coffee each day!
