Contribuisci feedbackI want to give this location more stars because the customer service is wonderful and the staff are friendly, but I can 't. I hate sour cream, and always make sure to order it without. DESPISE sour cream... I 've been on a diet lately, but after beingextremely stressed from work and family problems, I told myself I could have a cheat day. The first time they were out of riceand didn 't even tell me until I drove off, took a bite... No rice but sour cream, lol... Trash. Then time they were out oflettuce. Okay cool but they still put the sour cream on it. Threw it away. Then next time I went I accidentally ordered at thewrong location. a few hours away... This isn 't the locations fault but I tried several times to reach out to Taco Bell aboutgetting my money back. I realized it only moments after placing the order. I have emailed them four times with no response. Idecided to go back again last night for my long awaited cheat meal, hoping I could finally get something. SO MUCH SOUR CREAMGUYS. I ordered it right they just love putting in the sour cream. Well thanks for helping me stick to my diet. Another $8 inthe trash. : '
Nice staff! Haven't eaten Taco Bell in years. Was as expected--tasty! Service was only a tiny bit slow.
The restaurant was out of rice and paper for receipts, which was disappointing. I'm not a fan of their recent renovations, so I gave them one star for the atmosphere. I also didn't like having to order from a touchscreen kiosk. However, apart from that, the service and food were good.
The food is great, especially when it isn't prepared in a hurry. The service is polite and attentive every time I visit. Although the drive-thru wait can be a bit lengthy, it's manageable. I frequent this restaurant, and my orders are usually correct.
Since the restaurant's renovation, I'm thrilled to see a new and cheerful staff. It really influences my decision on where to spend my money. That five-layer burrito is amazing!
