Bobs Diner Incorporated - BREWSTER

This had to be one of the most relaxing breakfasts I’ve had in a while. Loved listening to the oldies playing in the background while the chef chatted it up with a customer at the counter. It felt like the old days where customer relationships mattered. The food was delicious. The bacon was cooked PERFECTLY!!! It is so hard to find a diner that presses the bacon so it’s cooked evenly. The staff was 5 star. Our waitress was the only one on the floor so she ran all over assisting tables and somehow was able to remain super friendly while doing it!

Such a fun diner spot. It’s great either as a specific destination for breakfast or a stop on your road trip. Just what you want out of a diner friendly staff, good coffee, fun decor and setting to look around at, solid breakfast food, big portions.
