The 4 Piece Fried Chicken Dinner was fantastic! The chicken was incredibly crispy, and all the sides were delicious. The portion was so generous that I ended up with two complete meals from it. I'm tempted to get it again today!

The burger was excellent and cooked to perfection; however, the fries and onion rings were quite disappointing. The fries had a crispy exterior but were cold in the center, as if they hadn't been cooked all the way through. As for the onion rings, they were overcooked to the point of being brittle, and it seemed like there were no actual onions inside the coating.

Food was good, but order was incorrect. Manager fixed it.

The 4 Piece Fried Chicken Dinner is more food than one can eat in one sitting, the biscuit was bland but everything else made up for it.

Terrible experience! I genuinely want a refund for the mediocre Santa Barbara Club sandwich I just received. I order this sandwich quite often, and the quality is always inconsistent. The sandwich I got lacked any effort: just a few sad strips of dry grilled chicken and a sprinkle of spinach between two dry pieces of bread, with maybe a tablespoon of chipotle mayo and a slice of cheese. Given the $15 price, you should be embarrassed to send out food like this.
