Burgervibes - Brgy Zone

I am extremely disappointed with their service. What a waste. The menu seemed promising. The staff at the counter seemed lost and exhausted (well, I also look exhausted but I don't serve food so...), it took forever for our food to be served, the chicken and rice were dry, the iced tea had no flavor, and my order was not available; they didn't even bother to inform me. I had to discover on my own that my order was missing. Oh, please improve. Also, how ridiculous, they call themselves Burgervibes but they didn't have any burgers today. It was only lunchtime on a weekday. I was with seven friends and none of us were satisfied, to the point where we had to go to another restaurant to make up for this disappointing experience. This was my fault for bringing them here after reading an article that said you were worth checking out for burgers. Please, get your act together.
