Typical High Alpes restaurant, a must go! Service was great, they offer you cheese and famous grissini for a start. We had the great local Potence, beef and potatoes flambé with genepi, awesome! Nice staff with lots of travel tips. Recommend very highly!

Don't stop there while you're at Briançon would be a mistake. Excellent. An extraordinary reception with small-scale care staff in unparalleled premises. Thank you for this delicious moment. I insist, we went there a second time this week, what a welcome! Really charming with a small glass of Limoncello offered! Bravo to the staff and a huge thank you to the cooks and the chef. If one day we pass on Briançon again, we will necessarily stop on the ground. Good continuation!
