Smoothie King - Bridgeton

Okay honestly the smoothies were good… but they have questionable people handling debit/credit cards. I never go to this location but a day after I did my account was frozen cuz of suspicious activity (door dash, ebay, other online purchases that were not me) I told a sibling this story and they said the same happened to them after a visit to this location. So prolly use cash.

Long wait times in the drive-through with no one inside the store and the smoothie taste horrible

I waited way too long to get my smoothie. The person I talked to didn’t sound like they wanted to be there. And I could tell they lacked experience because the smoothie was very chunky and there was ice not blended. Overall, I was very disappointed.

I will no longer go to this location as long as they have the same person there a few months ago a young lady was upset about someone coming in and mad about her order being wrong and she was calling corporate on her I listened to her whine and cry while trying to help her understand that you can’t please everyone she went on a rant for about 4 mins before I can order my smoothie to get to the window and she continues to cry I was patient with her and to turn around and give me the wrong smoothi … – show

This location, never opens on time. I place online orders around 7:05 due to I know most places have staffing issues. I arrive around 7:30 and still have to wait for them to turn the lights on make my smoothie. Unacceptable
