Wendy's - Bridgeton

I am disgusted! i went to get breakfast this morning, and as soon as i started eating my potato wedges a COCKROACH came walking right out of my food… I have been throwing up all day. i called the store to inform them and they said there was NOTHING they could do but remake my food…. REMAKE ME ANOTHER ROACH INFESTED MEAL?? NO THANK

Good food and every employee is awesome expect some horrible manager there. While at the drive thru window, the manager was scolding and cursing out the employees working there for not communicating with her enough.Not only is this embarrassing for all the employees who have to deal with somebody so nasty, but it creates an uncomfortable environment where nobody can feel safe. Ironically she is yelling at employees to do better when she is the actual problem there and is the one that could use a good yelling at from somebody else. Will not be returning to this location until this manager is fired.

Terrible customer service! Found a ROACH in my cheese sauce!!! They should be shut

It was what Wendy’s needed to be. Friendly front counter person, quick service—we just got Frosty’s for our travels.

We went at dinner time, and my wife’s salad was spoiled. I had to go back to get my fries and they were cold.
