The best ale house in the area! It's a welcoming spot for everyone, including walkers, bikers, families with kids, and dogs. If you're a fan of real ale, this is definitely the place to be.

Excellent dining experience and service. We gathered as a family and thoroughly enjoyed the very affordable festive three-course lunch. The only downside was the mulled wine trifle, which consisted of a peculiar gel with hard nuts on the bottom, and it was missing the sponge fingers, fruit, and custard. However, I would definitely recommend this restaurant and would love to return!

What a beautiful pub! I was looking for an alternative meeting spot instead of the train station, and this place was perfect. The atmosphere is welcoming, the decor is charming, and the food and service were exceptional. I would highly recommend this place!
