Contribuisci feedbackThere is a young female employee who works with this bp, who lacks hard customer service skills. there were two places in which this young woman has plagued with friends who are on the theke while I have waited so that I can pay for my fuel. it is loud, obnox and its ripe is less than desired. I can only hope that you manager will read this review and appeal to her behavior.
I honestly love this store at Brighton BP but the poor customer service from one lady can really change that. The one of a late night/early morning with purple hair she is quite rude not only was she rude to me she was also rude to my partner another night I honestly can see myself going else where and also letting others know if this matter is not resolved.
Put 10.15 litres of 91 unleaded into an empty 10 litre container today. I actually got 9.6 litres of fuel. Not good BP brighton. New pump and all. I won't be back to your site. Your reaming motorists enough with your per litre price now your short supplying as well
There is a young female employee who works at this BP who severely lacks customer service skills. There have been two occasions now where this young woman has been chatting with friends, who are up at counter, while I have stood waiting to be served so I can pay for my fuel. She is loud, obnoxious and her maturity is less than desired. I can only hope her manager reads this review and addresses her conduct.
I recently visited here and had the pleasure of meeting Simran. She provided me with exceptional customer service and made sure that my experience at the store was a great one. I had an issue with my card payment, but Simran handled it with professionalism and efficiency. She truly went above and beyond to look after her customers. The coffee was great as well! I highly recommend this place, and I hope that Simran 's excellent work is recognized and rewarded by the management team. Thank you, Simran, for making my visit such a memorable one!
