Best burgers in Hobart. Period. My favorite is the Los Pollos Hermanos (and I don't really like chicken at the best of times so for my favorite menu item to be a chicken burger it means it's pretty f*cking excellent service is always friendly too :

This restaurant is probably the most authentic American burger joint in Australia. It is a must-try if you are in or around Hobart.
