Sushi Sushi - BRISBANE AIRPORT

Plastic heavily used in packaging everything. Inauthentic Japanese. Dine in was a plastic plate, chopsticks in plastic rapping and green tea served in a takeaway plastic cup with a disposable tea bag.

Before I found Sushi Edo, I had to travel literally across Brisbane to find good sushi They are always welcoming, food made freshAlways delicious.

A nice little sushi train that is pretty cheap too! Staff are friendly and I do love to watch the sushi go round and round and round and round

I've rarely been as excited in my life as discovering this outlet and the immediately adjacent Sumo Salad. Airport food is generally rubbish. Not so here or at their nearby neighbour. We had some perfectly acceptable sushi here. It was fresh and very tasty. Granted we would have preferred that an attempt to overcharge has $9 had not been launched. But, hey, everyone makes mistakes. The food was good. Also good we're the nearby tables replete with charging stations. Well done Brisbane. At least at this airport things are looking up.
