This restaurant is a fantastic spot that is easy to reach. The staff was excellent and friendly, and they are open late. The food was quick and delicious, with the pretzel being a standout. They also have a great selection of beer. The best part is that you can order using a mini pad, so you can just sit back, relax, and chat with your friends without even having to go up to the counter to order. The atmosphere is top-notch, and I absolutely love this place!
I usually go to Brat Haus about once a month with some former coworkers. The food and beer are fantastic, and I particularly enjoy the outdoor seating area they offer. It would be a great place to relax and enjoy some drinks after work too.
This is a good place for a quick bite whilst heading to the game or getting a bus home. It is an express version of the Bray Haus brand so things can get a little hectic in the crowds with no place to actually sit...down and a little area set aside for you to put on condiments and eat. There also isnt a great range of German beers available unlike the other locations opting more for craft beers such as Mountain Goat, Burleigh Brewing etc. While there is a lot of range as far as what you can order with Kransky's, Knackwurst and Brat Wurts it does sting a little to pay $9 for a large sausage. Over all as stated worth a visit if your on the run and need a quick feed. Otherwise check out the fortitude valley location instead.
The atmosphere at the Brat Haus was casual and rather laidback. You'll given a mini tablet for making the order yourself, and the kitchen gets order directly. So, instead of waiting for the waiter to take your order, you'll be seeing them bring your order...drinks to start with. I went there with my better half, and we've both agreed that we've overestimated ourselves. We ordered the Brat Platter and we've got to taste all the sausages available. It was a good experience. What's our thoughts? 1) A very great place for mates gathering, a night out. As there's plenty of beer to go with it. 2) The sausages do contain fair abit of salt, so make sure you've got enough drinks, and beer will definitely be a very good option. We recommend and always order a lemonade to wash out the (salty) taste for the non alcohol drinker. 3) Will the two of us go again? We'll probably take along a few mates for a night out! 2)
